موسسه Learnovin از سال ۲۰۱۸ فعالیت خود را درخصوص برگزاری کلاس های آنلاین آغاز نموده است و اکنون با بیش از صد مدرس مجرب و ششصد دانش آموز همکاری می کند و ماهیانه حدود دو هزار و پانصد ساعت کلاس برگزار می نماید.
کلاس‌های ما به صورت خصوصی و آنلاین هستند و از ابزار هایی نظیر اسکایپ یا واتس اپ برای برقراری تماس های تصویری بین معلم و دانش آموز استفاده می شود.
جلسه ارزیابی و آشنایی با معلم ها رایگان هست و ساعت و روز و تعداد جلسه هر هفته با هماهنگی بین معلم و دانش آموز انجام می شود و کاملا انعطاف پذیر است.
موسسه ما پیش پرداختی نمی گیرد و این امکان را فراهم کرده است که هر زمان از پیشرفت کلاس راضی نبودید کلاس‌ها را کنسل کنید.
لازم به ذکر هست ساعت شروع ‌و پایان کلاس توسط مدرسین در اکسل یادداشت می‌شود و طبق اکسل معلم مربوطه ، هر ماه یا ۲ماه یکبار صورتحساب ایمیل می‌شود. در صورت نیاز به بررسی لیست جلسات برگزار شده شما می توانید از معلمان یا حسابداری موسسه اکسل لیست کلاس های برگزار شده رو درخواست نمایید (موسسه حقوق معلمان عزیز رو پایان هر ماه شمسی به طور منظم پرداخت می نماید).
چنانچه امکان شرکت در کلاس برای شما عزیزان وجود ندارد لطفا از 24 ساعت قبل به مدرس اطلاع داده شود.در غیر این صورت نصف زمان کلاس برای شما عزیزان لحاظ خواهد شد. (لازم به ذکر است دانش آموز و مدرس 2 جلسه در هر دوره مجاز به غیبت می باشند)
پرداخت کلاس ها می تواند از طریق PayPal ، e-transfer و پرداخت ریالی از طریق سیستم شبا و پس از دریافت صورتحساب انجام شود.

Since 2018, Learnovin Institute has started its activities regarding holding online classes and now it cooperates with more than one hundred experienced teachers and six hundred students and holds about two thousand five hundred hours of classes per month.
Our classes are private and online, and tools such as Skype or WhatsApp are used to make video calls between the teacher and the student.
The evaluation session and getting to know the teachers is free, and the time, day, and number of sessions each week are coordinated between the teacher and the student, and it is completely flexible.
Our institute does not take advance payment and has made it possible to cancel the classes whenever you are not satisfied with the progress of the class.
It should be mentioned that the class start and end times are noted by the teachers in Excel and according to the respective teacher’s Excel, the invoice is emailed every month or every 2 months.
If you need to check the list of held meetings, you can request the list of held classes from the teachers or the accountant of Excel Institute (the institute pays teachers’ salaries regularly at the end of each solar month).
If it is not possible for you to participate in the class, please inform the teacher 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, half of the class time will be included for you.
(It should be noted that students and teachers are allowed to be absent for 2 sessions in each course) Payment for classes can be made through PayPal, e-transfer and Riyal payment through the Shaba system and after receiving the invoice.
